But don’t worry, we can show you a healthy, balanced approach to nutrition that you can actually stick with (and not give up your wine!).
We work with the you to customize a solution that is liveable and sustainable for YOU based on YOUR lifestyle. For example, if you eat lunch out with clients every day, just give us a list of the top 10 restaurants you visit and we’ll pick out the meals best for you. We’re flexible. If you’re more of a “moderator” and want to ease into healthier eating, that’s cool. Or, if you’re more of an “all or nothing” person who wants to follow a specific plan, that’s cool as well. We’re here to support you regardless.
As a successful professional, you understand the importance of having someone to help push you to be your best. Every month we’ll give you custom meal plans based on what you like to eat, and the lifestyle you lead. In addition, we grant you access to an online platform where you can track your progress and your log food. Every week, we hold accountability sessions via Zoom. You’ll also get access to our private Facebook group where you can ask questions and get support from others in the group.
