- Monkey Toast
Ingredients:
- Dave’s killer Powerseed Bread
- 1 tbs Plain Almond butter
- ½ banana sliced
- Sprinkle with chia seeds
Directions:
Use a couple slices of bread and spread 1 tablespoon of almond butter on top. Then add slices of banana and chia seeds!
- Strawberries and Whip
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 2 tbs. Light Coco whip
- 1 tbs. dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbs. Crushed toasted pecans
Directions:
Slice 1 cup strawberries and place in a bowl. Add some coco whip, dark chocolate chips, and crushed toasted pecans on top!
- Pumpkin Protein Shake
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Arbonne Vegan Pumpkin Spice Protein
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbs Almond butter
- ½ banana
- ½ cup ice
Directions:
Add all ingredients above into a blender. Then blend until smooth and creamy!
- “Sugared Pecans”
Ingredients:
- 1-2 tbs Coconut oil
- Salt
- Monk fruit sugar
- Cinnamon
- Toast in the oven at 220 degrees for 45 minutes (turning occasionally)

- Chocolate Covered Banana Bites
Ingredients:
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbs coconut oil
- 1 tbs chopped walnuts
- Banana sliced into 3 inch chunks
Directions:
Microwave dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Skewer banana slices and dunk into chocolate. Then roll in walnuts, lay on parchment paper and toss in the freezer to firm up.
- Goat Cheese Stuffed Peppers
