Our members! This is why we all do what we do. In honor of this, we decided to invest in a new member portal FOR YOU, TriFit Wellness Elite Virtual Studio. This includes so many valuable resources to increase your knowledge of fitness, nutrition and overall wellness.
This member portal has everything from a playlist so you can enjoy our music during livestream classes to 200+ nutrition videos, and facts vs. myths about fitness. Because there is so much information available on this platform, we are prepared to help break it down with you. Each week we will be selecting a topic and going over it in a LIVE workshop…

Live Facebook Workshops
- Weekly LIVE Education
Our goal is to be your one stop source for quality information you can trust when it comes to your health. With so much conflicting information all over the internet, we don’t want you to have to resort to “googling” and guessing at the best course of action to reach your goals! We offer live workshops on topics from the member portal and diving into detail – breaking down the content into manageable chunks so it doesn’t feel overwhelming. Not only do you have access to so much information, but we are guiding you through it step by step!
These Facebook lives will be held once a week on Mondays & Wednesdays at 7:45 am with our amazing coaches from our private, members only Facebook Group.
2. Bi-Monthly Accountability Groups
She will have a “chat room” in the facebook group that allows you to have your own screen, ask questions, and get answers from a direct and reliable source.
She will then follow up on the 1st and 3rd Friday of the month at 10 am to do a live check in! This is where you can set goals and have someone hold you accountable with your progress.

3. GROW YOUR GLUTES Workshop
We conducted a poll a few weeks ago on which NEW workout you’d like to see and you told us, a Glute Workshop! Here’s what your getting:

This workshop gives you more than just an amazing glute focused workout each week. Coach Paige has built an educational program explaining the science of training and nutrition to build your glutes and make progress toward your goal of a fantastic booty!
Paige will be hosting the workshop on Thursday’s at 5 pm on our public Facebook page, and the full program can be purchased for only $49!
4. Live Stream Fitness Classes
Live Stream virtual classes are our biggest new feature! Even in a crisis, a silver lining can always be found. As difficult and heartbreaking as this pandemic has been, we choose to be the positive. It pushed us in a new, unfamiliar direction, and we made it! Our Live Stream classes have been such a success that we’ve decided to continue them going forward. This is an amazing option for members to conveniently train from home when life gets busy, while traveling, or just to save time in their day by skipping a commute!
As a Wellness Company, TriFit’s mission is always to provide health and fitness to as many people as possible, so we’ve also added our Live Stream classes as an additional offering for Phoenix businesses and their employees. Instead of offering a standard gym membership reimbursement, employers are now able to provide hands on coaching for their employees by Certified Personal Trainers, for a fraction of the cost of in-studio training.
Our Live Stream classes have expert, functional programming, and are only 30 minutes so now there is zero excuse to miss a workout! We offer 4-5 convenient class times during the week, as well as classes on the weekend!
- Yoga / Mat Pilates – we currently have one class at 5 pm on Tuesdays & 9 am on Saturdays
- Weekend HIIT – 10 am on Saturday & Sunday mornings
