Are you looking for a tribe?

Tired of going to corporate gyms that scan your card upon entry and then let you be on your way? We won’t do that to you here. We know that you want to be a part of a community, and a place where everyone knows your name. A place that is welcoming and fun….with people who push you to be your best.

The person who’s training you matters.

You’re committed to living a healthier lifestyle,  so don’t make the mistake of hiring just anyone who says they are a personal trainer!  The fitness industry is notoriously under-regulated, and anyone can become “certified”  by taking a weekend long course. You deserve to work with an expert. We thoroughly vet our personal trainers through an extensive interview process to ensure they are experts in their craft, and that they have a genuine desire to help improve your life! Our trainers certified in NASM, ACE or NSCA, and ACSM. Some have 4 year degrees in Kinesiology or Exercise Physiology, and have a backgrounds in physical therapy to help prevent injuries while exercising.

Training With Purpose

TriFIT Wellness was founded on a science-based approach to fitness, incorporating functional exercises that use the three planes of motion. What does this mean for you? We train your body for optimal performance, injury prevention, and amazing results. Of course, none of this matters if we aren’t having FUN!

FAQ

Hours of Operation?

By appointment only – from 5:30 AM-7:30 PM, Monday-Friday. Saturday from 7 AM-11 AM. Sunday closed (we like football)

How does membership work?

Group personal training sessions are $30 per session. We have two membership options: 8 sessions are $240/month, and 12 sessions are $360/month. Need help with nutrition and accountability outside of the studio? No problem, you can add online coaching for $150/month.

How do I pay?

Your membership dues will be automatically debited either on the 1st or 15th of each month

What if I want to come in more often?

You can always purchase additional single sessions if you run out of sessions for the month, or you can increase the frequency that you train at any time. Just let us know!

What should I do on the days I’m not training at TriFIT?

Your trainer can recommend an appropriate level of cardio or other cross training you should do outside of your training with us; this depends on each individuals goals, training intensity and nutrition intake.

Can I use the cardio equipment?

Absolutely! We suggest that you come in 15-30 minutes before your session and do cardio, warm up and stretch. You can also stay after your session and use the cardio equipment.

Do my sessions expire?

Yes. Your sessions expire at the end of each month (or billing cycle). This is your incentive to make sure you are here using ALL of your sessions and how we hold you accountable!

What is the cancelation policy?

Technically if you cannot make it to a session, you need to provide 24 hours. However, we understand that life happens! If you are sick, in a car accident, etc we absolutely won’t charge you for a missed session. Late cancelation charges are at the trainers discretion. They commit their time to be here for you, so we ask that you are considerate of their time.

What if I miss an appointment?

It is important to keep your scheduled appointments as if it was a doctors appointment! Consistency is key! However, if you do need to miss an appointment, you can reschedule for another time with advanced notice as long as there is schedule availability.

Amenities?

Towel service, showers (product included), lockers. We also have an amazing physical therapist on site, Dr. Bre Prince

Great fitness studio in Phoenix! I love the trainers there. I personally prefer the small group fitness workouts. They also do one-on-ones and classes. Workouts are challenging!

Marvin
I keep going back to this gym, because I feel like I am getting results and I am comfortable with the staff. I have trained with every one of the trainers and I like them all. They do a great job of listening to what I want out of my workout and make sure to hit the target areas that are important to me.
