About our Studio
TriFit Wellness was founded in 2005 by a passionate husband and wife team who had an innovative idea to offer small group personal training when no such programs existed. Since that time, TriFit has had several new owners and our programs have evolved [and improved].
What makes our studio a staple in the Central Phoenix community for close to two decades? Our welcoming, non-pretentious atmosphere, and our diverse groups of people [or what we call “Tribes”].
What is a TriFit “Tribe”?
Over the years, we’ve noticed small groups of people with similar interests, schedules, and lifestyles form to be close knit communities within our studio. Whether you’re a 5AM early riser, social butterfly, mom, old guy, 20 something, new to the gym, or a seasoned athlete — you’ll find your people here.

Now, don’t think we’re all just sitting around holding hands and singing cumbiyah! Our “secret sauce” is providing our members with the personalization & modifications of one-on-one training, along with the fun comraderie of a group class.
