Initial New Client Assessment

The initial assessment is a critical component of any new client’s success. We will meet with you to identify goals, discuss your current level of physical ability, any medical conditions or past/present injuries, and nutrition. We will take your BMI, measurements, weight and (if you are comfortable with it), take “before” photos to look back on and track your progress by.

One-on-One
Training Sessions

Ideal for those who are brand new to fitness or looking for personalized attention from the trainer. One-on-one sessions will focus on proper form and completion of movements, improving balance, endurance, and strength.

Group
Training Sessions

Group sessions are perfect for those who enjoy training with 1-4 other members. Sessions vary from a full body workout to targeted muscle groups, and include both cardiovascular and strength training.

Nutrition
Coaching

We believe in a complete approach to health in which proper nutrition and exercise go hand-in-hand. Meet with our Nutrition Specialists bi-monthly or monthly to review your food choices, nutrition challenges, and gain suggestions and insight to ensure you are on track to meet your personal goals.

Massage

You deserve it. We offer 30-minute and 60-minute therapeutic and sports massages, that can be purchased individually or in packs of 5 or 10 at a discounted rate. Massage is a great accompaniment to any training program to ease sore muscles and enhance overall wellbeing.

Movestrong
Classes

Variety is the spice of life. Movestrong classes are offered in a group setting of 1-10 people who like to mix things up boot-camp style. Classes are offered at specific days and times throughout the week.

Meal
Plans

Finally, nutrition made easy. No calorie counting or fad diets. A nutrient-dense meal plan will be created for you to ensure you are eating the proper foods and portion sizes to meet your personal goals. Meal plans are customized based on your food preferences and allergies.
