The atmosphere at TriFIT is one of extreme positivity. It may sound kind of cliche and corny, but they seem to have a vested interest in seeing you become a better you, and achieving your goals. A number of times I’ve gone in and seen trainers who I haven’t seen in awhile and who I don’t usually work with, and they’ll say, “we’ve noticed your progress, you’re doing great!” They will point out specific things to make me think they are really paying attention, so they don’t seem to be just about the paycheck. They truly want to help you. For me, I don’t think I would have stuck with it, had I not had that.”

Is TriFIT the place for me?

Our ideal clients are those who have at least a basic knowledge of weight training, want to lose between 10-30 lbs, are positive, happy to be here and highly committed to reaching their goals. We want to make sure we are the absolute best partner to help you achieve your goals, and we are not the studio for everyone. A phone interview is the first step, so we can find out more about you, and see if it’s a mutual fit!

How does membership work?

You will have a fixed monthly membership rate based on how many times per week you want to train. For example, if you train semi-private twice per week, that is 8 sessions per month at $30/session or $240/month.

How do I pay?

Your membership dues will be automatically debited either on the 1st or 15th of each month

What if I want to come in more often?

You can always purchase additional single sessions if you run out of sessions for the month, or you can increase the frequency that you train at any time. Just let us know!

How often should I train?

We recommend 2 or 3 training days per week.

What should I do on the days I’m not training at TriFIT?

Your trainer can recommend an appropriate level of cardio or other cross training you should do outside of your training with us; this depends on each individuals goals, training intensity and nutrition intake.

Can I use the cardio equipment?

Absolutely! We suggest that you come in 15-30 minutes before your session and do cardio, warm up and stretch. You can also stay after your session and use the cardio equipment.

Do my sessions expire?

Yes. Your sessions expire at the end of each month (or billing cycle). This is your incentive to make sure you are here using ALL of your sessions and how we hold you accountable!

What is the cancelation policy?

Technically if you cannot make it to a session, you need to provide 24 hours. However, we understand that life happens! If you are sick, in a car accident, etc we absolutely won’t charge you for a missed session. Late cancelation charges are at the trainers discretion. They commit their time to be here for you, so we ask that you are considerate of their time.

What if I miss an appointment?

It is important to keep your scheduled appointments as if it was a doctors appointment! Consistency is key! However, if you do need to miss an appointment, you can reschedule for another time with advanced notice as long as there is schedule availability.
