When we meet with you, we’ll ask a lot of questions to identify your goals, discuss your current level of physical ability, and any medical conditions or past/present injuries. The next step is to pair you with your personal  trainer, who will be your coach and support system throughout your fitness journey.

Semi-Private Personal Training

If you enjoy training with one or two other high energy folks, semi-private personal training is perfect for you. The sessions are limited to only three people, so you can enjoy the benefits of custom tailored programming, at a fraction of the cost of one on one training. You don’t need to waste an hour at the gym anymore! Our expert trainers create functional, efficient and challenging workouts that have you in and out in only 30 minutes.

One-on-One Personal

If you are brand new to fitness or looking for 100% personalized attention from one of our expert trainers, one on one training sessions will be a great fit for you. Your trainer will focus on improving your form, balance, endurance and strength. Every workout will be just 30 minutes long, customized to your current level of fitness and designed to help you reach your goals faster.

Results Driven

What gets measured gets improved, so we are a little obsessed with tracking your progress. In order to help you achieve optimum health, we will track your performance in five key areas: flexibility, mobility, endurance, strength, and body composition. Knowing which areas need the most improvement help us tailor a program that will not only help you reach your goals faster, but help you feel better too. We have a dedicated team who tracks our members progress through a detailed assessment process every 60 days. The results of your assessment are shared with you, and new goals for the next period are assigned to keep you motivated and on track.
