Exercise

Your body was made to move, so let’s get it moving! Exercise helps you control your weight, fight illness, reduce stress and improve your mood. Don’t worry about trying to figure out what to do when you come to here: We’ve got you covered. Every training session at TriFIT is customized and modified for your goals and ability, and is only 30 minutes long. But don’t worry, even though you’ll be working hard, we’ll make sure you’ll be laughing and having fun along the way.

Nutrition

Eating a balanced diet is vital for your health and wellbeing. Food provides your body with the energy, protein, essential fats, vitamins and minerals to live, grow and function properly. You need a wide variety of different foods to provide the right amounts of healthy nutrients, so don’t get sucked into a “fad diet”, or think you have to eat nothing but chicken and broccoli if you want to lose weight!
